so I was taping the dickens Little Dorrit episode today (ha!) and on channel 9 while I was setting it up was your old friend, Lidia Bastianich, remember when you were sick and watching tv at home, and she was making tomato sauce with her hands? Anyway she was making a peach almond tart today, which actually looked quite good, and as I am trying to find it online, I have found our friend Lidia with her hands deep into a salad bowl. Take a look!
I think it's a little strange.
Onward to find the peach recipe, although there are no peaches to be seen yet.

ps - I valiantly tried to tape the episode, but the dvd machine has a glitch due to daylight savings so we have to redo it. Dad is trying to find the bug. sigh.
